Ambassador Qin Gang Meets With President of USCBC Craig Allen

On August 13, 2021, Ambassador Qin Gang had a virtual meeting with Craig Allen, President of the US-China Business Council (USCBC).

 

Ambassador Qin spoke highly of the contribution made by the USCBC in fostering China-U.S. relations over the years, and stressed that trade cooperation between the two countries is mutually beneficial and win-win in nature. China will open its door even wider to the world. It is hoped that the Chinese and American business communities will continue to enhance communication and cooperation, so as to inject positive energy into China-U.S. relations.

On behalf of the USCBC and its member companies, President Allen extended welcome to Ambassador Qin for assuming office and said that a stable U.S.-China relationship is essential to business communities of the two countries. The USCBC is ready to work towards this goal and further promote the friendly exchanges and win-win cooperation between the United States and China.

The two sides also exchanged views on other issues of shared interest.
