Mr. Zhu Haiquan, Minister Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in the United States, visited a group of U.S. diplomats about to work in China at the invitation of the Foreign Service Institute on January 23, 2020. Mr. Zhu briefed his audience on China’s governance and foreign policy as well as the current China-U.S. relations, had conversation with U.S. diplomats on issues of interest.
