On May 7, 2019, Minister Counselor Yu Yue, Alternate Observer of China to the Organization of American States (OAS), addressed the Second Special Meeting of the Permanent Council of the OAS dedicated to the Permanent Observers on such topics as China’s philosophy of development, its relations with Latin American and Caribbean countries, as well as its coorperation with the OAS. Representitives from member states and permanent observers of the OAS were present at the event.
